What is a bottleneck?

Do I need to know about technology?

No. We handle the technical side and explain everything in plain words. You just tell us how your business works.

What happens on the free call?

We talk about your business for 20 minutes on a video call. We tell you if we can help and how. You pay nothing and you don’t have to decide that day.

Do you work with businesses outside Colombia?

Yes. We work in English, by video call, with businesses in the United States, Canada, Europe and Latin America. Prices are in US dollars, and the calendar shows times in your time zone.

Why start with a diagnosis?

Because you can’t fix what hasn’t been checked. First we see what is failing and where AI actually helps you. That way you don’t pay for things you don’t need.

What if it doesn’t work?

The AI X-Ray has a guarantee: every finding comes with its proof, and if you can’t verify it, you don’t pay the second half. In implementations we measure before and after, and you can stop at the end of each phase.

How do I pay?

Usually half to start and the other half on delivery, by bank transfer in US dollars or by card through PayPal. Prices are final, with no hidden costs. Local businesses can pay for the AI X-Ray in 3 monthly installments at no extra cost.

Do you build chatbots?

Yes, after the diagnosis. That way the chatbot answers what your customers really ask, on your website or WhatsApp, and fits the way you sell.

What if I work alone?

We have a one-day service for solo professionals. By the end of the day you have 3 tasks running with AI: customer service and sales, content and admin.

What happens to my customers’ data?

We sign a confidentiality agreement before we see any data. And we give you clear rules so your team doesn’t share sensitive information with AI.

Do you promise more sales?

No. We promise a clear diagnosis, a plan you can follow and an honest measure of what changed. Sales also depend on things no one controls.
