What we do with your data.
Who is responsible

What data we receive
Only what you choose to send us. The AI Test can be taken without giving any data. If you leave us your email at the end, we receive that email, your result, your answers and your business link if you write it. If you book a call, we receive the name, email and details you enter in the calendar. If you prefer WhatsApp, we receive your message and your number.
What we use it for
To send you your result and the preliminary analysis of your business, prepare the call and reply if you write to us. We don’t sell it, we don’t share it with third parties for advertising and we don’t sign you up for mailing lists.
How long we keep it
For as long as the business conversation lasts and up to 12 months afterward, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
Which services are involved
The Test form reaches our email through Web3Forms. When you book a call, your data is managed by Google Calendar; when you write to us on WhatsApp, the conversation is governed by WhatsApp’s policies. The website is hosted on Vercel. We use Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights, which measure visits and speed without advertising tracking cookies. These services may store data on servers outside Colombia.
Cookies
We don’t use our own cookies or advertising cookies.
Your rights
Under Colombian Law 1581 of 2012, you can ask us at any time to access, update, correct or delete your data, or to withdraw your consent. Write to our contact email and we’ll reply within the time limits set by law: 10 business days for inquiries and 15 business days for complaints.
